Frequently Asked Questions

If you have any unanswered questions, please don't hesitate to give us a call! We are here to address your inquiries, listen to your concerns, and offer guidance on the next appropriate steps to take.

Where are therapy services provided?

Our services are available in Elk Grove, CA and the surrounding areas. We collaborate with your child's daycare, preschool, or private school to ensure that individualized therapy sessions can be provided in their learning environment. We will find a location that best suits you and your family.

How long are therapy sessions?

Our therapy sessions are scheduled for a duration of 30 minutes. The frequency of sessions is tailored to meet the unique needs of each child, typically ranging from 1 to 2 sessions per week.

What age groups do you work with?

We work with preschool through school age children.

Do you accept insurance?

We currently operate as an out-of-network provider and do not directly accept insurance. Our services are provided on a private pay basis, and payment is expected at the time of service. Convenient credit card payments can be made through our Client Portal. If you wish to seek reimbursement from your insurance provider, we can provide a Superbill at the end of each month upon request, which you can submit for potential reimbursement.

What if my child had a recent evaluation?

If your child has received a speech/language evaluation within the last 6 months, whether it was conducted at school or by another provider, we may utilize it as a starting point for our therapy services and establishing a baseline for their progress.

What is a Superbill?

A Superbill serves as a comprehensive receipt and includes all essential details for caregivers to submit to their health insurance provider for potential reimbursement of services rendered. If you would like to obtain a Superbill, we recommend reaching out to your insurance provider to inquire about your specific benefits. It is important to note that coverage for certain diagnoses or speech and language services may vary depending on your health insurance policy.
